See, that is the odd thing about the company setting up an account, we do no work outside of Virginia. IMHO you should need the individual's permission to set up an account for them. We did not ask for accounts with the company. Sending us notice of new accounts that they created through a no-reply email was a big red flag to me about the company.
This is why I asked on SOT about this. Am I the only one who was given a password protected account, or are they targeting other examiners/abstractors as a method of getting more business?
