Hello. I actually just Googled the name and out of the 3 little postings that I see (2 of which also refer to learntitle.net and their catalog) I see reference to Stewart Title Guaranty, New Jersey Land Title Institute, and the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance for Title Insurance Continuing Education Credit.  To see if this is an actual affiliate company I would go directly to one of the 3 I just stated and see if they have any affiliate links. If it is a true affiliate and approved then it would stand to reason that they would have a cross-link directly from their site(s).  I know it sounds silly, but just because somebody says it, I wouldn't check on the link. You may open up a bunch of viruses, trojans, phishing, etc.,.  Also do you do, NJ besides VA (I'm assuming as your name states that as your locale)? Also check with your VA state agency for finance. Because if you don't do NJ, perhaps that is the way they found you?
