After many emails back and forth with the representative, I have sent Accurate Group (in North Carolina) my information. I am cautiously optimistic and awaiting the first search request. I have been assured that I can use my own forms and that the company pays on a net 30.

Given all of the differing views, I think that there may be a couple of companies based in different states that are using the same name.
