Just a minor point to avoid any confusion, Pennsylvania is a 'lien theory' state. Foreclosures in PA are accomplished via judicial proceedings, while foreclosures in 'title theory' states take place through non-judicial process.

In answer to the original question, the only significant change is that our new governor, who will be sworn in on January 20, will be lobbying hard to impose an extraction tax on natural gas drilling operators in the Commonwealth. Currently, PA is the only state which does not levy such a tax.
