Thank you for saying this.. I think in general when you speak of a vendor management company, word spreads far and wide..  I found Hope's remarks terribly rude as well.. I have seen on this site too often too many times... I think we maybe on the ground for the work, but these vendor managers work too, many hours, I get stuff on Saturdays, in the middle of the night, and again on Sunday.. they deserve more respect  than what's shown on this site.  Sometimes American's need to put their nose down as well as look in their heart, start treating people like you want to be treated..
