Glad your experience has been positive....you are the first person on here that has spoken in a positive light about them. As far as the English goes...only the first guy was understandable...the one who placed the order was not and the responses via email since then have not been much better. JeeVan agreed to pay for the one order I completed....we'll see. I normally give everyone a chance and most of the time I don't get stiffed on payment, but when you check them out on here and other places the reputation isn't good and hasn't been...so I"m declining the work and I told them why. If they want to place a deposit with us and/or use pay pal then I would've moved forward....I'm not willing to do 8 orders in several counties with gas, travel, and copy costs involved and risk non-payment. I just happened to be in one of the counties they were requesting before the holiday...I had to call back twice to get the order request sent to me....so I could have the order number and return instructions etc...another RED flag. Then It was almost two days later before I got another two of the 8 orders he said he was placing with us....by that time I had the correct spelling of the company name and had checked the blogs and boards and discovered their bad reputation and decided to decline any future work. Red Vision was totally awesome to work with and payment wise as well, until last two years. My long term contacts there have all left and the NEW ones told me to lower to $37 to get the work in my home county or the computer would kick me out...I told them good luck with that and the work they got for only $37. After all the venting and negative posts on here & everywhere else about Indian Outsourcing you'd think they'd be smart enough to hire someone who is native or who speaks without a thick accent and more importantly....who understands ENGLISH/American "Speak" enough to recruit new vendors....not just use "yankee" names on the paperwork. I doubt "Stan" actually exists in Cranbury office. When in Rome.... :)
