I believe they are like us.. internet based.. so they take the system, or like us the server down from multiple users mode, to a single user mode while they do their audit.. Our program has to be "switched" to single user mode to do that "snap shot audit".. and in some cases it might be vendor audit, client audit, or product audit.. these are sometimes requested by the client or a potential insurance audit... hope that makes sense.
