Regretfully, I am having to post again that Kentucky Land and Title has neglected to follow through on paying for services rendered. After much conversation, back and forth, posts on this site and others, we finally received payment - 2 payments were received, and then - nothing. We were able to make contact and were again promised payment, of course this was never received. When we called back to inquire we were told that Ginger had suffered a heart attack and that no one else in the office was able to write checks. 

 We have reached out by telephone and email regarding the remaining unpaid balance. At this point we cannot get anyone to answer the phone for us OR respond to our emails.

Unfortunately Kentucky Land and Title has once again proven that they do not pay for services and their word means nothing.
