We do anything from gas stations to heavy industrial to skyscrapers. Sure, it can be time consuming. It takes experience and patience and organization. But we charge accordingly. It's not cheap (nor should it be) to run a $50 million apartment complex or office building. I spend 90% of my time doing heavy commercial work and the other abstractors handle all the residential work. It works for us and we have some very happy commercial clients.
