Shelia, since you have decided to broadcast these issues on public forum lets go ahead and tell the whole story. Your company, Atlanta Title Abstractors (ATA), consistently turned in late and incomplete orders which caused us to lose a major client. Several of the orders that were assigned to you had to be redone by other, more competent abstractors and therefore, they got paid first. I have emailed with your staff on several occasions regarding this matter and our intention to pay you in monthly payments. If your staff didn't relay those messages to you then maybe you have an internal problem more so than a problem with us.
