 We have done hundreds of cell tower searches.  We treat as commercial searches and charge accordingly.  The only thing special is to run the leasehold interests very carefully (the cell tower lesees)  They often sublet/assign their interests. 

 

Also, we occasionally get requests for Vermont searches.  Usually straight forward residential work.  Are you interested in this type of work and what areas do you cover?
