Hi Elizabeth.   I am sorry you are having trouble collecting.  Don't you hate that.   FYI, if you contact Nick Pugh directly you may get further.   I know it's wrong to have to beg to be paid for work you performed in good faith, but he has always paid me.   I haven't done much for them in a while tho.   Good luck.
