LOL, Thanks for sharing this. I particularly like the fact that they want you to exhaust all avenues to find a possible unrecorded security instrument. Maybe you could volunteer to go the settlement company or lender that has possibly closed down, find the document and record for them as well. I needed that laugh this morning.
