The past few months I have had to beg for payments. Many voice mails and emails asking for a response being ignored. I finally had to refuse to send them their completed order,  finally after threatening me with reassignments we got a check last week. They still owe us some for current work. We'll see what happens next...

My observation just from the few responses we have gotten, is they have major financial issues. Even though they have assured me that they do not. Best advise is to avoid them. If you do get an order from them, hold it- you may finally get a response from someone.
