One of the things we've done with our one big cell client is say "we ain't liable for nothin'" and they don't have an issue with that. Whatever they're doing, insurance -- even from them -- doesn't seem to be the issue. I really think it's just a report so that company A can buy out company B. Since I end up doing about one cell tower search a week in 2 or 3 states, I'll be glad to take the first position responsibility for you. I have an "open book" policy with my Michigan people, and have since I started the company. They all know my clients and our agreement is to not backstab one another. Have you client send the order through me. I'll negotiate price (and I'm REALLY good at that.....) and make sure they understand there is no liability on Argent's part or on Argent's subcontractor (you).
I know this is a huge leap of faith of your part, but if you want to dip a toe in the water, I'll be happy to make Maine my next state to push into and utilize only you in your counties. References from my Michigan people are always available! They may not universally love me, but they all trust me.
