You really have to watch Ameristar......... I dump them for the following reasons:

(1) Non pay - have to badger and badger them to get money

(2) When they do pay the don't pay the full amount of the invoice

(3) They try to trick you into doing free searches by sending you an E-Mail that

      their client said you "Missed" something on your search - a Mortgage in the

     amount of such and such or a Judgment in the amount of what ever...... you

    get all excited and check this out and give them the info........ when you never

    did any original search.  They tried this on me......... got me once....... but never

   again.  When you call them on it, they respond with it was a mix up in E-Mails.

   I don't need the problems associated with doing work for them.  Hope this 

  helps other abstractors.
