Rebecca,

Nice to hear you are OK with Ameristar. My issue with them was not answering my emails, voice mails, etc. Also when they did finally send me a check the check was dated 2 weeks before I received it, which was another red flag. The mail just doesn't take that long.

When this goes on for months, I can't help but feel there is more to it than a computer glitch. I spoke to (finally) about 4 different people and they all had conflicting information

I'm not a newbie to this industry. I've been in the business for over 25 years. I just recognize a red flag when I see it. We also have been long and loyal vendor for Ameristar. I do hope I'm wrong about Ameristar.
