In the past two years, I've noticed my copy costs have increased for my searches. Most clients want full copies of all mortgages now as well as copies of all deeds in chain.  Myself and others in Erie County, PA,  wonder if these companies even read them?  As you may be aware, some pages of mortgages can be 22 pages long and for some searches there are more than one mortgage which can constitute alot of pages.  Lately I have searches that are 80 to 100 pages long and all are emailed.   My filing cabinets have really been filling up in the past two years.  So do others think companies bother to read all the copies and/or are they really necessary?
