I agree, here we have been told by our insurance company, we must obtain the copies to back up any hand written pieces that we say or put down as gospel.. (one can make a mistake.. like a loan amount 178,400 to 187,400.. (with your head bobbing up down all day, it's easy to do) that copy has reduced our insurance rates by 23%... it is fine that we type out our reports, but the copy is required to accompany it... We can no longer work for companies who do not want or are not willing to pay for the copies.. we always tell them, if you have the copies send them, because we will just recharge you for them. most will resend the copies they have.  and we do not base our abstracting on them, but only charge the client for what they need in addition.  Those copies are billed at $1.00 per page.. The Client is happy and we are too!  Team work is what we like...
