Examiners do not require seperate license but you must find an attorney who will certify your work. Since they are assuming some risk from you or your examiners, they are going to want to make sure you have knowledge of laws and rules and experience doing work in their state. This discussion usually happens when you ask if they will certify your work and varies per attorney. Some will just say no. Call, ask.
