I always add,  "If you feel you need legal advise on the matter, I can give you the names of SEVERAL real estate attorneys I've dealt with in the past."

Same line I used when I was a Realtor.  Legally Ok to give them names of service providers as long as you give them SEVERAL names, not just one.to post a reply: login - or - register
