Well said indeed. We too are a VM company that are abstractors in the field as well. We cannot stand the phone calls or any kind of interruptions in the field. Be proactive. As soon as you know, post your delays on our website, call us or email us. I don't care. Just communicate with us. With the technology that is out there today, there is absolutely no reason why you cannot. Like Kurt said, if you don't communicate, we move on to someone that will. JUST like our clients. We want to make you money. So PLEASE communicate with us. Be proactive. We have daily status reports we must provide to our clients. Believe me, calling/emailing for status is low on our "favorites" list. We shouldn't have to call. Show pride in your work and services. Anyone can provide the product.
