Not nice Scott. I agree to a point about including copy fees into my search fees. I make it clear up front what I will include and if its an excessive amount of pages, there is an additional coat.  Guess I'm nice, because I only charge what the county charges me.

I get tired of hearing people complain about having to drive to a county to make a copy. My view is if you don't want to do this don't cover the county.  Driving is part of this gig and sometimes, yea it sucks. 

Bob is right about some points on outsourcing. How can I complain when most of my work comes from India and they always pay on time.
