It is a great conversation.. Bob I see you are working for free.. I don't care if the company is on the other side of the ocean or this.. it's who is paying us that counts.  We will not keep our records stored forever for free.  With the Counties/Registers making so many mistakes I now see abstractors NOT asking the Counties to correct those mistakes when the Abstractor finds the mistake (making a difference?, I don't know).. I have been doing this since 1976, and to tell you the truth, I started with a local company who was bought out and then bought out to Fiserv.. love them!, and who again was bought out... Love them too!  I have had them and to this day still have them as clients.. the clients know what it costs to stay in business and they want us as much as we want them, if you are ashamed of what you charge, then change, if you are not keep going... We have had the best 5 years ever in the history of the past 5 years.. It's all about the finished product.  Outsourcing is not hurting you.. you maybe hurting you via technology, finished product, etc.
