Welcome to the brave new world called ALTA Best Practices.  ALTA's best practices will have us background checking our cleaning service employees as well.  All in an effort to protect borrower's/buyer's private personal information.  And the abstracts you all are collecting from public records now suddenly become private information once compiled.
