Thanks Robert. Sometimes a mailed out deed comes to the office on day of closing ( HUD already approved as normal buyer recording fees ) , and seller signs outside the margins - so Recorder now charges $20.00 more. Billing the Buyer after the fact just looks like an error your trying to make up for and may even be a violation. ?
