Wow, never heard of them. We've had a few clients like that as well. Sad that it's in my backyard!!

 The worst is these slow payers start a trickle down effect. We have vendors to pay and they want to get paid too. If I wasn't already in this business for over 16 years I wouldn't start in it now.
