Current owner searches that exceeded search scope?  First in my life I have heard a last owner search was difficult.  You should NOT be in this business if this is the case.   Problematic counties?  You should have NOT agreed to do these so called counties then.  Then you complain that you are doing the work for such a cheap price.  YOU are the one that agreed to the low fee in the first place.  Looks like this is yet another case of a newbie in the business bad mouthing a good client.   Its not the clients fault you dont know how to examine.
