We are with you Nancy.  We have a few choices a) hire an attorney and sue them or go to small claims court yourself b) send to a collection agency c) research each property where you still have an open invoice and locate the client (lender, title insurer) get in touch with them and get their help to put pressure on Avanze and offer the client your services instead of sending the work to Avanze d) file mechanic's liens on each of the properties you did that you still have an open invoice, in the amount of your fee plus interest.
