I believe David Poole is the accounting dept manager and not the owner. I spoke with the owner years ago and It wasn't David Poole. Maybe he is now. I also have had difficulty reaching Poole.The accounting staff told me last week that he was out of the office but was supposed to be sending a check for 16 of my invoices. Haven't seen it yet. I'll see what's in the mail today.
