Christ? ( nice !) Actually it is fully disclosed prior to signing . So what do you do when the mailed out documents come back with signatures outside the margins? HUD already signed based upon no issues ( required by lender) so now you are $20.00 short on every document like that. Maybe I'll just swear and eat it .
