Accurate is easy to work with, with the exception, noted by others here, of additional copy fees. The search orders usually come over with a price that is to include all copies. This is not feasible for a Full Title which asks for copies of all deeds in chain, and full copies of all mortgages, easements and restrictions. In my experience, one of two things happen when calling about increasing the fees due to copies. 1) permission is granted, especially if the number of copies is less than 50. 2) the order is immediately reassigned. This usually happens there are more than 100 copies or the Accurate representative sounds very young or inexperienced. I doubt that any of us would pay more in copy fees than we earn for a report. My conclusion is that their database of searchers has one group with one price searches and another group with flexible fees.
