It all depends on the State.  In Michigan (and apparently in Kentucky), $100 is completely reasonable.  Not so in SC!  (Or, fyi, most of Wisconsin and Minnesota.)

 To have a client who calls and asks me for my "best price" is one of my pet peeves.  "No, I'm going to give you my absolute WORST price...." 

Please share the name of the client who contacted you.  They're bound to get here eventually!
