So no affiliation, seriously, Lindsey Brown sent emails stating she was responsible for RAS and would make sure payments would be made if we kept doing work for her that Wayne Schutt had nothing to do with it anymore (We had refuse to continue working with her after getting burned by Eclipse). and for the past 2 years every time she was asked for payment she said she'd sent out a check and she did no one else was involved with it. Her past balance was getting caught up and current was due. 10 days after last order received mid March I get an email from Lindsey Brown at Precision Abstract and Title Services 8139 Oldbury Rd, Liverpool NY 13090. She wrote she has left RAS and is now working with Precision Abstract. Now I know she has been in complete control of RAS so she thinks she should just walk away form her debt and start another company using another persons name as Owner so she doesn't have to pay anyone but can keep on doing what she does until she has to walk away from that debt. She said she guaranteed she was in control of RAS and would make sure payments were received. This also means she is taking the same clients that she had at RAS and now servicing them thru Precision Abstract. The order forms from both companies are identical except name and address change. Using the same programs and designs.
