With respect to the posts that have been made, while not necessary, I thought I would take a minute to hopefully clarify a few of the statements made. My only connection to the individuals and businesses you are referring to is as follows:
1) My wife and I own the building where he and his business rented, past tense.
2) My office represented him in one minor matter several years ago, as an unpaid courtesy to him as a tenant.
3) I do not represent him nor have I ever represented him or any of his companies in any capacity, other than disclosed in #2 herein.
4) 8139 Oldbury Rd is my home address where I reside with my wife and two children. Last I checked the parties you refer to were not bunking with my kids in my home.
5) Precision Abstract and Title is solely owned by myself and my wife. The parties you refer to in your posts are no longer even tenants of the building, and have absolutely no interest in this business.
6) Lindsey Brown does work for my wife and I now at Precision Abstract. I met her as she was working in my building. Yes, I understand the stigma given to any one affiliated with a negative balance business. However would any one of us want to be denied a job when a company we work for, and have no control over, does not pay its bills? Why are we not holding the employees of Countywide Mortgage responsible for its bills when it short sold? Lindsey Brown had no control over any financial matter with the company(ies) you are upset with and does not have any control over the financial of Precision Abstract and Title Services. I have been practicing real estate for over 23 years and have on many occasions considered doing what I have just begun with Precision Abstract and Title. I simply needed someone who knew the business to assist my wife and I, and Lindsey was about to be out of a job.
7) If you have not been paid for services rendered, I can completely sympathize with your plight, but you are not alone. My wife and I will join you in line awaiting payment from those whom with you believe we are affiliated. (Rent)
Lastly, while I cannot keep you from inventing or imagining relationships and affiliations, and postings your thoughts on SOT, I would hope that you would refrain from making such slanderous comments until such time as Precision Abstract and Title does not pay even one of its vendors.
