You say you have no affiliation with Wayne Schutt, but are you not his attorney and isn't your office in the same building as Wayne's various companies?  Isn't the current address for Precision Wayne's home address?  I was under the impression that Liverpool had some strict zoning regulations.  Perhaps as Wayne's attorney, you should advise Wayne to check the local zoning regulations to be sure he can legally run a home-based office at that address.  Or maybe one of the New York people on the SOT board could check into that.  We wouldn't want Wayne to get into any trouble over ignoring local zoning ordinances.
