Dear Efrain R:  I response to your question,  "When is it okay to turn away a client?", I woud

 say:  When you may not want to pay what I charge for such a search, when I may not know enough about you or your company, or when the company has a bad rap here on SOT.

I'm sure if you want to pay for it, Robert would be glad to monitor and clean up....test out.... and require...a website or listing.

I do not think a web page would help me do a better job of abstracting.
