As a rule, I would steer clear of Windows Live, but if you are committed to it, there are a couple things you can try. You can try a different browser, or check to see if your IE is current. You also might try checking your antivirus software. Try turning it off and see if you get the same problem, but don't leave it off. You might just need to update it.
I have a few other questions for you: does it only happen with reply? Does this happen with every email address? What browser are you using?
We use Google services and have found them to be very reliable. You can also have your Google email set up to work with your company's domain (ours is @thinkboxi.com). Let me know if I can be a further help to you.
