I wouldn't recommend contacting Altisource, check the comments on this site about them.  You might try contacting Blue Streak documents.  On their application they ask for prices for document retrieval.  I used to get requests from First American Real Estate Solutions for document retrieval.  That was back in 2007 so I'm not sure they are still around. Back then they were located in Chapin, SC.  You might try contacting random title companies and offering a courier / document retrieval service for recording documents and getting documents from court files and copies of old mortgages and deeds.  I just don't know if you will need insurance or possibly need to be bonded for this type of work.  Hope this helps.
