I have never had a single problem with Southern and we've worked with them for several years now.  Everyone over there is smart, pleasant, and fun to talk with.  I'm sorry that you've had a problem, Shona, but I'm certain Donna will address any problem immediately.  We've had not a single payment issue in all this time.  Nor any conflict of any kind, actually.  And we do a LOT of work for them.
