Honestly, I have found that in recent years, we all need CLOUD storage with a local back-up. That's why I've used Google Drive, and even purchased some extra space recently.
Tthe software I'm using (Boxi Software) covers that along with logging, tracking AND invoicing. I absolutely love this software, and the people at Boxi are so awesome and helpful! Everything in one place, whodathunkit!? :)
Also, the software was built for ABSTRACTORS, not title companies, under the direction of an abstractor who is also a vendor manager.
