I read their e-mail about 6 p.m. last night and came very close to having my head explode.  I wrote a scathing reply....  Did what I usually do and let it alone for 5 minutes and reread it, erased it, and toned it down.  But basically what I said was how can they expect 6 hour turn times in the rural midwest where a lot of my abstractors DRIVE for 6 hours? 

 It went on from there....  Then just before I sent it, I saw that they sent two emails that said "please disregard the email!" 

Wow.  I wonder just how many rude e-mails they received after their little announcement?  I'll bet they lost a LOT of abstractors by leaping before they looked.
