We typically go to the United States Postal Service site.  It's a few more steps, but the results have always been accurate.  Go to www.USPS.com, under Quick Tools choose Look up a Zip Code and enter the address.  Once the results appear click on Show Mailing Industry Details.  The County is listed on top.  Of course it only works for property with a mailing address.
