I did a few searches for these slapnuts about a year ago. After I did the work, I discovered that Crapstone Title was a very bad non-payer. So, I did what I do best: I gripe, I whine, I e-mail and call constantly. At the beginning of this year, they wanted me to do a search. I told them, in no uncertain terms, that I wasn't doing another search for them until I was paid for the ones I previously performed. Nothing was working, so I had my lawyer send them a "demand for payment" letter. Sure enough, less than a month later, I was paid in full for all the work I did for them! And the check didn't bounce.

Let's make sure Crapstone Title never gyps another abstractor again!
