Back in December (?) I was given instructions about how to fill out the online form. The instruction took well over an hour because the person that was teaching me was having issues and we never did get 1 order finished. In the end I told her that I would not be doing them online because it was too labor intensive and not worth the amount they were paying. It's absolutely ridiculous to try to complete the form online and as you said leaves a LOT of room for error and liability. They are trying to save money by having us do all the work and my time is too valuable. Since I had not heard anything else about it, I thought they had gotten the same feedback from other abstractors and had dropped the idea. Their selling point is that we can get paid a lot faster for all the extra copies they now require. I said I could wait. If they insist on this- I guess I will lose their business. I'll be curious to see how this plays out. I hope we hear from other Abstractors.
