There are alternatives of a kind, just none that were written FOR an abstractor with an vendor manager's/abstractor's direction.  I know that Tom (Boxi CEO) is currently out of town but usually keyed into e-mail.  If you don't hear from him very soon, let me know.  I'll be happy to demo for you.
