Frankly, I hate talking on the phone!  That happened back about 10 years ago when we were all so busy we didn't know what to do with ourselves and clients would call every 10 minutes for a "status check."  (How many times does one actually have to say "2 business days" before they stop calling so that you can tell them again "2 business days" and no, I'm NOT going to call the abstractor for an ETA?)  When I'm looking for new people, I write an e-mail (and am amazed at how many e-mails are kicked back for being incorrect or extinct on Source of Title).  I usually tell everyone right up front that I saw their listing on Source of Title and that they'll see I'm on there, too.  Like everyone else, I'm suspicious of new clients -- and not just India-based!

I have not gotten much call for work in PA, unfortunately.  WI and MN, yes.  PA, FL, GA not so much.  (I know it's because FL and GA are on line and free -- all the easy work is picked off early on.)  Send me your counties/fees list and I'll be sure to add you to the master list!  If the prices are low enough, I'll send out an announcement to my regular clients and see if I can drum up more work.
