My favorite New Jersey site is NJ GEOWEB.  Not only can you search by address and Block & Lot numbers, you can also overlay tidelands, topo maps, municipalities, counties, zip codes, and even look at old aerial photos from 1930, 2012 and 2007 to see what was there in the past.

 Before I examine title, it's the first thing I look at so I have an idea of what I am searching.
