        Like I told Angella right from the beginning, that my company was leery to do work for you because of your business practices & numerous negative experiences expressed through this and other web sites.  In less than 6 weeks, I found I should have listened to my gut instinct.  The disagreement is that you decide what to pay abstractors & not what you are being billed for.  I was never told that my phone conversations were being taped- I still have the email from Angella stating that management (you) had to review the taped conversations to see if I either misunderstood what copies were needed or she made a mistake. 

      Thank you for removing us from your list of abstractor.  I deleted your company the minute I realize I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars for the work we did.
