Sorry you feel you must get so excited about your answer.   I have never dealt with Don or AMC and would not on the basis of a 60 day pay period.   If a good job is done for the client, then

prompt payment should be forthcoming.   I do not want to be a bank, and my banker says he does not want to be an abstractor.   If  a business (title searcher) does not have a firm agreement with the vendor(s) about payment, most will push you to the wall to keep YOUR money, when it should be in my account.
